Nuclia is on a mission to revolutionize how humans find complex data and now we are looking for a Sales Manager.

About The Job

We are looking for our very first salesperson – if your eyes just lit up with joy – you might be the right person for the job. We know what we are selling and to whom, and we know what value it delivers. We have a good problem of having too high of a lead volume for us to tackle it so we’re looking for a sales expert to come to join us, take over what we’ve built from us, and continue shaping our sales organisation and processes. You’ll be directly supported by the CEO and our B2B SaaS sales consultant. If you are a self-starter with experience in the full sales cycle and you are familiar with our industry, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from inbound, outbound, and closing to customer success
  • Establish our sales processes across the funnel
  • Design an efficient customer buying experience
  • Lay down the foundations of our customer success
  • Establish and keep iterating on first sales metrics
  • Put in place any necessary software if we don’t already have it
  • Create our first sales playbook
  • Partner cross-functionally to get your customer’s the best outcomes for their business
  • Learn about our technology and the space every day
  • Evangelize Nuclia and help our product team deepen relationships in the huge community of developers

About You

  • Top performer with a history of success in an early-stage tech startup
  • You’ve been there and done that – a proven track record of helping build sales from the ground up somewhere else
  • You don’t need to have a computer science degree but you’re at home with technical and AI-related products
  • Coachable and collaborative
  • Positive attitude, and team-first demeanour
  • Passionate about your customers and how Nuclia solves their problems
  • Motivated, curious, hungry individual
  • A builder who can adapt to constant change and growth
  • Native or professional English speaker
