Job description:

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our vibrant team.

You will be launching, managing and optimizing high budget PPC ecommerce campaigns for some of our own Brands and for Affiliates brands in the Technology, Health and Wellness industries.

Key responsibilities are the following:

Manage, scale PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, Google Shopping for our brands and for Affiliate offers, mainly in US and EU.
Launch new Affiliate offers (e-commerce products): including research (keyword, audience targeting) & Develop offers in new Geographies (EU).
Interact and maintain partnership with Affiliate Partners and Google account managers.
Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
and taking appropriate corrective/ scaling actions to increase Profit.
Optimize bidding strategies at a large scale: maximize conversions, tCPA and tROAS .
Track, report and analyze website analytics for campaigns.
Manage high budgets in highly competitive markets and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
Adequate keyword selection and monitoring of keyword bids to gain better ROI.
Producing engaging, clear and concise copy for campaigns.
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
Staying up to date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and applying them where relevant.

You can begin your day from 7.30 to 10.30 am, finishing from 4.30 to 7.30 pm; and free Friday afternoons ( starting from 7 to 8 am and finishing from 2 to 3pm)
Free afternoons in Summer! During July and August we start from 7 to 8am and we finish from 2 to 3pm

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience implementing, managing and optimizing PPC Campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max) for e-commerce products in highly competitive industries and ideally in the US.
Experience in managing large budgets for PPC Campaigns.
Having managed Affiliates campaigns.
Having experience in product comparison sites as well as Health & Beauty and technology sectors is a plus.
Very data-oriented, strong analytical and numeracy skills.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing and eager to learn.
Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs metrics.
Experience with PPC tools such as SEMrush, GTM & Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
Dynamic person who is results oriented and used to work performance based.
Risk taker and willing to test new ideas (landing pages, creatives, and Copy) to reduce CPA’s and increase ROI.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Very important to have a near native level in English or bilingual in English/Spanish (German and/or French would be a bonus).
