We are looking to bring on an Account Manager who is responsible for all aspects of client needs, from assisting the management team with developing the digital strategy and recommendations through the pitch and pre-launch phases, all the way through to taking ownership of the campaign setup, reporting, monitoring of campaigns and overseeing invoicing for the allocated client accounts. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Spain.

Manage the overall client relationship with a 360 approach inclusive of leading the strategic discussions, execution, problem solving and reporting
Proactively lead client meetings and communications, including setting clear agenda items and goals and distribution of minutes/action items
Lead, mentor and motivate your project team to achieve project objectives this includes both full time employees and freelancers
Effectively collaborate with and lead design, dev, analytics and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies
Develop creative briefs for content production, with attention to detail about client products, our target audience, and project objectives. Project manage the work together with the Content Director, design teams and production teams to see through from idea to completion
Preparation of monthly reports and provide analytic recommendations on how to optimize and improve the strategy
Oversee the implementation of paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Content Director and Ads Strategist
Work fluently across digital terminologies and methodologies inclusive of web development, UI and UX design thinking, Analytics, CRM, SEO, Social Media Trends, Paid Marketing including programmatic, social and Adwords
Nurture relationships with third party collaborators and creatives; assist in scouting for top creative and technical talent to partner with us in realizing our clients’ goals


Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience working in digital marketing, or some other kind of project management role
You’re fluent in English and Spanish – but we don’t mind which is your native language
You’ve got a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods and also a knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
You have a working knowledge of Google Workspace and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, etc)
